Capacity

Within my meditative intentions of peace…
I can anticipate my capacity for an abundance of love
today as well as tomorrow

May I see and feel this with all of my heart
for it is there and always have been 

All I have to do is grant myself
a moment of silence
and open my eyes to these possibilities
