Sunbeams

As I see sunbeams
upon the crystal spring waters
they dance their dance
and I dance mine

The Waterfall- 2

I am in the place of the waterfall.
There’s a large one in the distance
Approaching it I can feel its gentle, fine spray.
I become the waterfall and flow into sunlit pool below.
Rejoining with my body
I float
My hair sways from side to side
Drifting to the water bank
As I stand each joint and limb rejuvenates
Then bending down, I sip from its refreshing waters.
An endless field of multicolored pansies appears in front of me with hundreds of petals beneath my feet.
I scoop up a handful of petals and bring them to the waters.
They float gingerly
There is now unity as the waters, petals, and my body become one.
One exuberance,
One rejuvenation
One peace.

Laughing With the Geese

Sometimes I feel very lonely…but I never feel alone sitting by the pond pondering while the geese carry on their lively conversations with each breeze.
Today as I listen, I will let myself feel laughter.
In my meditation, I joined hands with my family and friends, then we rolled in the grass and swam in the spring waters. We laughed and laughed and laughed as the geese joined in.

Madness

There is a fine line between madness
and spirituality--at times they overlap

Air, Earth and Water

Give thanks to this ground in which I walk gingerly upon
May it feel happiness in this moment

Give thanks to the air I breath deep into my lungs
May it see clarity

Give thanks to the water, plentiful today
May I see my reflection
and feel her smile.

The Gifts Of the Moment

It must be a frog
I step forward
It becomes silent

Then the wild squawking and impassioned call of a wild goose
Is met with a quick response from its mate

They fly towards one another and skid into the pond
Oh, joy bequeath
