"I exist beyond all limitations. Success is not linear it may come from all directions"...These insightful words have touched me profoundly. After the last meditation with Oprah and Deepak, I was truly inspired to seize one of my dreams. I took on a great undertaking and challenge. I am not very computer savvy but decided to share my personal meditations which I taught at Princeton Center for Yoga and Health. I tackled posting them on Facebook and YouTube. I can't say it was my best work but it took courage and I took on this challenge. It only took me 19 hours the first day and on the second day the post on Facebook and YouTube titled "Joan's Guided Meditation" took me only 6 hours! Today, I am posting the last meditation of my three day challenge. This one is my personal 7 MINUTE MEDITATION which believe it or not, if I don't have anytime during the day to meditate I do this quick one in the shower! Well wish me luck! Hopefully, it will take me only 5 hours to figure out everything out...I'm hoping.
