Soft ocean breezes against my cheek
My body is filled with salty ocean air as I inhale
I am invigorated
In front of me is a turquoise ocean painted upon a turquoise sky
A white Adirondack chair catches a graceful scarf swaying in the ocean breeze
I twirl with my arms out from my side feeling free and light
I can feel my laughter rise
I walk towards the chair
Sit there for a moment and feel kissed by the sunlight
I feel the warm, white sand beneath my feet
Breathe
I feel my heart beat and listen to it synchronize with each wave’s crest
I can see and feel the earth’s heart beat
I stand and walk towards the ocean
Entering the warm ocean waters
I float and concentrate on my good health
I am free and calm
