I feel the sun’s rays radiate through my finger tips 

and the moon in the palms of my hands

I look to the right 

and see an old swing set

Joys of days gone by

I look the left 

and see construction that will connect my neighborhood to another

Joys of days to come 

I stop and close my eyes 

and see not the past

not the present

But the

Joy of this 

moment

And it is good 

so good

Golden Threads

Within each positive thought a golden thread is strung 

The first couple of threads may be difficult to find since they may be very fine 

but once you string a few 

they become more prevalent 

When you have many 

they form a harp and the music is beyond beautiful
