Thankful

I thank the moment in which I am right now.  

The monk in my meditation teaches the endless value of stillness of mind, body and spirit. 

Today I give thanks to the ground with teaches my unyielding support. 

My hips which teaches me connection and interconnection with in my body as well as its connection to the earth. 

My heart which teaches me how to love and be loved. Its never ending beating and unconditional  support. 

My neck, and throat which I so often overlook which teaches me respect in myself and  beliefs. My head which teaches me how to think in a wise and healthy fashion. 

The space above me that teaches me when I look up there is a greater good with faith, hope and charity looking over me. 

I give thanks to them my teachers. I let myself feel an inner acknowledgement. These are gifts I do not wish to keep unwrapping but in stillness take time to saver them.
